Works exclusively with chemical technology. We use the latest knowledge on nanomaterials and combine it with organic and inorganic chemistry. We do this for the purpose of creating tailored products with new functional surface properties.
We focus on four different functional properties, and depending on the product you use, the treated surface will be supplied with hydrophobic, hydrophilic, easy2clean and/or antibacterial properties.
There are many types of nanotechnology, the field is cross-disciplinary. The term nanotechnology is used with different meanings in physics, chemistry, biology, medicine and materials science, but they all have in common that nanotechnology is understanding, designing, producing and controlling materials and objects at the nanoscale.
When working with nanotechnology, it is important to understand that there is a significant difference between the macro and nano scales. This applies when you work with physical, optical, mechanical or chemical properties on the nanoscale. For example, aluminium becomes explosive in nanosize, and the colour of gold particles can change from gold to green, orange, purple or red, depending on the size of the particles.
ENVIRONMENT
We focus on the environment when developing new solutions and continuously test our existing product line.
